Why train BJJ at Noble Grounds Mitcham

There are good gyms across the Mitcham, Blackburn and Ringwood corridor. Noble Grounds sits at the pure-BJJ end of it: no striking, no MMA nights, no kickboxing on Tuesdays.

Every class on the timetable is Brazilian jiu-jitsu, which means the room compounds. The same people show up, the same techniques get refined, and progression is something you can actually feel month over month.

The gym is led by Jason Ng, an Australian Elite Team First-Degree Black Belt, and the coaching is built around long-term development rather than 6-week intro specials. There are no lock-in contracts.
